How to Change POSITION and SCALE with an ADJUSTMENT LAYER in Premiere Pro
To begin I added a video to my timeline and I want to change the position and scale of it using an adjustment layer.
Click on new item in project panel and select adjustment layer.
The default settings should match your sequence, click ok.
Now drag adjustment layer above your clip in timeline and adjust its duration to your desire.
Then go to effects panel and search for transform, drag and drop transform effect into your adjustment layer.
With your adjustment layer selected, go to effect controls and under transform.
Here you can change transform x and y values to reposition your video or change the scale of your video.
