Dayan 2-5 Cubes Unboxing and First impressions
An unboxing and first impressions of the Dayan cubes from generations 2-5. They are:
2- Guhong
3- Lingyun (I got a version 2)
4- Lunhui
5- Zhanchi (stickerless)
Remember that this is only my first impressions of the puzzles, and I did not tension or lubricate them at all, although some already had lubrication.
My favorite of the puzzles was the Zhanchi, but very close behind it was the Lunhui, then Guhong, then Lingyun v2. The Zhanchi is fast but not very smooth, the Lunhui is smooth but a tiny bit slower, the Guhong is fast but very clicky and doesn't cut corners very well, and the Lingyun v2 is slow, pops a lot, and has very rough turning.
