The Traditional Organic Jaggery/Molasses making process
In this video we are showing the traditional way of making the organic Jaggery or molasses.
This Jaggery making process is completely performed at sugar cane farm near to Rajpura, Punjab. The fresh Organic Jaggery is always tastes good as I witnessed it. If you are going through Rajpura to Chandigarh road in December month you will see these farms beside Hi-Way.
