It's a VN + ADV + SIM game made by KISS and published by S-court. KISS is a veteran JPN dev team that has been making E / H games for over 20 years. They were famous as the developer of the Custom Reido Series before the release of the Custom Maid Series. The main feature of their project is that players can customize their female heroine characters.
