This video will guide youn to Unlock your Mac with Apple Watch on MacOS Sonoma.
Step 1. Make sure that your devices are set up as follows:
1.Your Mac and Apple Watch have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on.
2.Your Mac and Apple Watch are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID, and your Apple ID is using two-factor authentication.
3.Your Apple Watch is using a passcode.
Step 2. Turn on Auto Unlock on Mac.
Click Apple menu, then click "System Settings" or click "System Settings" on Launchpad.
Then click "Touch id & Password", if your mac doesn't have a touch id device, click "Login Password",
Pull down the slider of the right window to the bottom, Select “Use Apple Watch to unlock apps and your Mac.”
If you have more than one Apple Watch, select the watches you want to use to unlock your apps and Mac.
When finised, your Apple Watch can instantly unlock your Mac when it wakes from sleep and start up.
