Why this U.S. DEALER is suddenly buying ENTIRE CONTAINERS OF ANTIQUES in England?
This is Kim from Kentucky. Kim is a very well known antiques dealer and interior designer in the US. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim at Hemswell Antiques Centre in Lincolnshire, England. Hemswell is the biggest antiques centre, not just in the UK, but in the whole of Europe! This is Kim’s second buying trip to Hemswell Antiques Centre. She used to buy mainly in France, but is now finding that English antiques are more popular in the U.S. Hemswell Antiques Centre being so huge also has a shipping department where whole containers of antiques can be loaded on site and shipped to Kim and her clients in Kentucky. This makes life much easier for Kim, which means she can get back to her successful business in America and await her delivery of fresh antique stock for her clients
