Ingredients
☕75g/ 8 cubes ice
☕ 1/4 cup sugar
☕1 tbsp coffee powder
☕1/3 cup water
Method
1. Take a blender jar and add ice, sugar, coffee and water to it.
2. Blend continuously on high speed till the mixture becomes very light and fluffy.
3. Pour in a glass and dust with some cocoa powder
