Do you pee just in case? You'll want to 🛑 after this! If you find yourself constantly running to the bathroom before you head out, you are actually tighten those pelvic floor muscles, and training to brain & bladder that you have to go more frequently than you do.

Of course if you have to go, go to the bathroom, but to help with those pelvic floor symptoms like:
💫constantly having to go to the bathroom
💫peeing when you sneeze, run, or jump
💫constipation
💫pelvic pressure or heaviness

Stopping the just in case pee and instead try taking some gentle breaths. Breathing is key to get our core & pelvic floor system working optimally!
