5. Add Details and Texture
Once you have the basic colors and blending done, start adding details and textures. Use darker colors for shadows and lighter colors for highlights. You can create texture by using the edge of the pastel or by applying it in a stippling or cross-hatching manner.
6. Refine Your Drawing
Continue to build up layers and refine your drawing. Pay attention to light and shadow, and use blending to soften any harsh lines.
7. Final Touches
Add any final details and make any necessary adjustments. Clean up any smudges or unintended marks.
