Fallout 76 - How Good Is The Enclave Plasma Flamer Now?
With the season 14 update, some changes were made to plasma weapons. Ballistic damage was buffed, energy damage was debuffed, the prime capacitor was debuffed and the science perks now grant additional damage to energy guns. With all those changes, I think it's worth testing the Enclave plasma flamer to see how it stacks up after the update.
