In mid-January, in the small cozy English town of Whittlesey, a very interesting traditional holiday was held. The Straw Bear Festival. The holiday is dedicated to spring fertility. The British love this holiday very much and actively participate in street processions. More than 250 dancers, musicians and performers now participate in the process from different parts of the British Isles, performing as part of the event. People dress in traditional bright clothes, sing and dance incendiary.
В середине января в маленьком уютном английском городке Виттлеси (Whittlesey)прошел очень интересный традиционный праздник.Фестиваль соломенного медведя.Праздник посвящен весеннему плодородию.Англичане очень любят этот праздник и активно участвуют в уличных шествиях.В процессии теперь участвуют более 250 танцоров, музыкантов и исполнителей из разных частей Британских островов, выступающих в рамках мероприятия.Люди одеваются в традиционные яркие одежды,поют и зажигательно танцуют.
