Hello gorgeous people!

Learn how to make these beautiful and delicious Kourabiethes with me and my granddaughter Stacey! I love her so much and she is a fantastic cook like me.

Kourabiethes are a Greek shortbread biscuit with almonds and topped with icing sugar.

I cant wait to see all your results. Let's get cooking!

You will need:
-250g Butter (softened)
-Vanilla essence
1 tbsp Ouzo

Dry Ingredients:
2 cups Plain Flour
1 cup cornflour
-2 raised tbsp Icing sugar (and more later to coat the biscuits)
-2 cups slithered almonds (Roast these in a pan before adding)
