Drivers in Central London already know how unpleasant it is driving in and out of town. Bumper to bumper traffic is a common sight on the capitals streets and apart from being a stressful experience it can also be a very expensive one.
Since 2003 the city has been charging motorists an £11.50 congestion charge to enter the center of town in a bid to cut down on traffic but a new proposal by Mayor Boris Johnson could see that figure nearly double by 2020
