Sweet home 3d is not normally used to create a first person 3d maze game, but in this video I demonstrate how.
First, create a maze in sweet home 3d, export it as an OBJ model.
Open UE4, create a new project using the first person template, also choose to use starter content.
Once opened, delete any objects in the scene you don't need, then drag drop your maze OBJ file from file explorer into UE4, see video for more steps.
Very Important step is after the maze OBJ has been added to UE4, you will need to select it's physics properties, find the 'collision complexity' option, and select 'use complex collision as simple'. This will set the walls of the maze as collision boundaries.
