Glitch: Increase your Movement Speed 2x in the Hub! (The Classic)
I don't know if this can actually be implemented into a speedrun because it does cost a lot of tickets to purchase the mom's dog. Maybe for the kleos item as that prize requires you to play lots of different games where you have more time to find tickets. Anyway, you can perform a glitch to do this with the other items but you don't get as much speed and the it takes longer as you need to go through a setup with the dancing animation. With the dog you can get 2x speed but with everything else its around 1.5x speed.
