✔ 2 small carrots;
✔ Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pieces optional.
Marinade per 4 liters:
✔ water 4 liters;
✔ salt 70g;
✔ sugar 180g;
✔ Vinegar 9% 150ml.
Yield: 6 one and a half liter cans or 3 three liter cans.
