This repair is not hard. In fact, if you have delicate hands, I am sure you can do it much better than the guy in this video.

So, let’s turn off this phone and get to it.
The back cover is glued to the phone body, so we need to pry it open. You might want to use hair-dryer to soften the adhesive.
Use regular Philips screw driver to unscrew these 5 screws. Then gently remove the wireless charging sticker.
Unplug all these little cables, you should use a precision tool for this or perhaps long nails.
The 4 screws at the bottom are holding the panel in place, unscrew them next, and then remove the plastic panel by the top left grip point.
Next, unscrew these 4 screws at the top and remove the speaker panel.
Remove the selfie camera and basically everything else that can be detached.
3 more screws at the bottom to release the type-C board…
Now you will need a special triangle screwdriver, unfortunately it does not come with the replacement-screen, although the vendor states that the kit has all the tools you need…
It’s a very delicate part to unscrew these 7 screws and remove this gentle little metal plank.
Latch out the few remaining parts, including the battery, watch out to not accidentally puncture it, or it will be messy.
Ok, so now you just need to put everything back together in reverse order into the new frame. And may the gods help you.
It’s hard to believe but I think I made it to the end without doing more damage.
I will apply a new screen protector right away.

Anyway guys, as you can see here, the replacement screen is missing some real-estate at the bottom in comparison to the original screen. No wonder it was so cheap.
But for people who break their phone often, this might be the most practical choice.
