Lockdown & Loaded - Training in Isolation
Just like most parts of the world, Ireland is in the midst of a Lockdown due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The gym is closed and everyone is confined to social isolation, which means we've got to adapt and overcome - as is the form for SBG.
