Further notes:
Spinlops can use Magic and Range attacks
Alternate Prayer setup - Spinolyps roll on a players ranged defence, so if you do pray while killing rex you can pray ranged. That's also one of the reasons I'm gearing the way I am, to have the highest possible ranged defence to tank those spinnybois. (Shout out to Lost Templar for pointing this out)
