This video is an example of how to teach the 3dm learning circle in a huddle.
Huddles and Lifeshapes like the learning circle are explained are explained in ‘Empowering Missional Disciples’ by Bob Rognlien with further information in ‘Building a Discipling Culture’ and the ‘Huddle Leaders Guide’.
A part of the huddle process is where the huddle leader gives participants an example of how to explain a lifeshape in about 5 minutes. In subsequent huddle gatherings, participants then practice teaching the lifeshape in preparation for leading their own huddles in the future. This video is designed as a resource for participants to refer to as they prepare to practice teaching the learning circle for themselves.
If you would like to lead a huddle, I strongly recommend that you see if you can get the experience of being a participant in a huddle first. If there are no experienced huddle leaders near where you live, various organisations offer huddles online.
