A small plane went down shortly after take off Tuesday morning off the St Petersburg coastline. Rescue crews quickly got to the scene and all occupants and their dog were pulled to safety. Marine police as well as Coast Guard were helping with the location of the crash. Crash occurred roughly a half a mile off the tip of the Million Dollar Pier.
