The next step towards building an EPIC cyberpunk/futuristic city from scratch is to get enough money to stock up on the limited Halloween items! We need those because once they go offsale, they will be worth a lot more and we can sell them for a lot of money! The goal: 100 of each limited item which will require around $250,000. Thus, we will need to grind for quite a while.
