Ingredients:
Boneless fish / Tilapia / Murrel Machhli : ½ kg
Sliced dry coconut / Sukha Nariyal : 3/4th cup, sliced
Peanuts / Moong Phalli : 3/4th cup
Sesame seeds / Til : 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds / Methi Dana : 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds / Sabith Zeera : 1 tbsp + 2 teaspoons
Coriander seeds / Sabith Dhaniya : 2 tablespoons
Onions / Pyaz :2, sliced
Dry tamarind / Pakki Imli : 1 cup
Salt / Namak : 1 1/2 tsp + 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Cooking oil / Tel - 1/4th cup
Ginger garlic / Adrak Lehsan Ka Paste: 1 ½ tablespoons
Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 3 tsp
Curry Leaves / Kari Patta - a handful
Chopped Coriander / Kata Hua Hara Dhaniya - a handful
Whole Green Chillies / Sabith Hari Mirch - 3
Procedure / Tareeka:
1. Pakki imli ko 2 cup pani mein adhe ghante ke liye bheegne ke liye rakh dijiye.
2. Machhli ke medium pieces kar lijiye.
3. Ab machhli mein 1 1/2 tsp namak daliye.
4. Ek tsp haldi powder daliye.
5. Achhi tarah se milakar adhe ghante ke liye rakh dijiye, is se iski bu door ho jayegi.
6. Adha ghanta baad, ek cup gehun ka aata milakar, machhli ko achhi tarah se dho lijiye aur rakh lijiye.
