Eggless Oatmeal Cookies | Soft Inside and Crispy Outside
Very tasty eggless oatmeal cookies inside soft and outside crispy it’s very simple and easy recipe try at home and enjoy!
This recipe yield 16 cookies
Ingredients:
All purpose flour (maida) 3/4 cup
Rolled oats 1 1/3 cup
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoons
Butter 1/2 cup( 1 stick )
Brown sugar 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
Milk 3 tablespoons or 1 mashed banana
Note: you can also add any nuts, raisins or chocolate chips if needed
Bake preheated oven 350F for about 14 minutes
