Volvo Engine Control Module (ECM) Test Station by XeMODeX (Ep 3)
View the Engine Control Module (ECM) Test Station used at the XeMODeX facility for diagnostic services. This highly advanced test station uses proprietary diagnostic software to automatically read part numbers, DTC trouble codes and measure the voltages of all 112 pins from the ECM. This test station is also capable of measuring frequency and duty cycles of 64 pins simultaneously through the Input Capture Board software. This video includes a demonstration of an automated ECM test head featuring a gold plated pogo pins connector. Each ECM is vigorously tested through multiple monitoring software to ensure the unit is in working condition.
