Cyst का मतलब आप इस तरह समझ सकते हैं जैसे पानी से भरा हुआ balloon जो size में छोटा भी हो सकता है और बड़ा भी हो सकता है।

breast cyst 3 प्रकार के हो सकते हैं।
1. Simple Cyst
सादा cyst मतलब एक पतला balloon जो सिर्फ पानी से भरा हुआ है।
2. Complicated Cyst
Complicated Cyst में गांठ के अंदर पानी के साथ Debri भी होता है जो infection के कारण भी होता है।
3. Complex Cyst
Complex Cyst में cyst की wall मोटी होती है और उस के अंदर solid या fluid के साथ solid मौजूद होता है।
जब cyst में solid component होता है तब breast cancer का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।
Doctors Cyst में मौजूद पानी, Debri या solid component को जांच के लिए भेज कर पता लगाते हैं के कया मरीज को स्तन के कैंसर का खतरा है या नही।
Simple aur complicated Cyst में needle डाल कर अंदर भरा हुआ fluid निकाला जाता है और फिर उसे जांच के लिए भेजा जाता है।
और complex Cyst में gun biopsy की जा सकती है।
