S. Korea, Mongolia to boost cooperate on supply chains, promote regional peace

Over in Mongolia, Seoul's top diplomat agreed with his counterpart to set up a new center in that country to promote bilateral cooperation on rare earth minerals and supply chains.
Park Jin emphasized that resource-rich Mongolia is a key partner for South Korea, especially in stabilizing the country's supply chains.
He stressed sides share the values of democracy and human rights.
The FM also called for closer cooperation with Mongolia to promote regional peace and prosperity.
Later in the afternoon, the minister paid a courtesy call on the Mongolian President ahead of his return to Seoul on Tuesday.
This marks the first trip to Mongolia by a South Korean foreign minister since 2014.
