1. You must have a Wifi enabled PC or Laptop
2. It must have Windows installed.
3. Must have latest version of Wireless drivers Installed
So to create a wifi hotspot, open command prompt window. After that type the following commands
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=theguyscomputer key=1234567890
and PRESS Enter
Now your hosted network is created and configured. So it's time to start your wifi hotspot in PC. To start it follow these commands.
netsh wlan start hostednetwork and HIT ENTER
Now if you hotspot started successfully, then it's cool But if it shows an error message then Follow these commands.
Right click on MY PC icon and click on PROPERTIES
then click at DEVICE MANAGER
Now look and expand NETWORK ADAPTERS and look for MICROSOFT HOSTED NETWORK VIRTUAL ADAPTER
and Enable it.
If you are not able to find it then it must be hidden. So in Device manager Click on VIEW and from the menu, click on SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES. And now you will find it.
