Money Talks: South Africa housing crisis
More than two decades after apartheid ended, millions of black South Africans still don't have land to build a home. Parliament has passed a bill to take away excess land in the hands of white owners. But president Jacob Zuma has not signed the legislation. A group of illegal settlers demands more action from their government. Adefemi Akinsanya reports and Ian Cruickshanks joins us from Johannesburg.
