How to FIX Error Localhost Refused to Connect from Visual Studio Code (2023)
In this video, I'll show you how you can fix the error that says, site cannot be reached, localhost refused to connect when you try to run your website from Visual Studio Code.
This error occurs because the default generated settings are wrong, so we remove the auto generate .vscode folder, and create it manually to solve this issue.
