Unpingco Legislative Session Hall in the Guam Congress Building for the purpose of receiving the Congressional Address to be delivered by the Honorable Michael F.Q. San Nicolas, Guam’s Delegate to the United States House of Representatives. The Congressional Address will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
