This September will mark 20 years since the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and like many cultural institutions, the 9/11 Memorial and Museum was shuttered during the pandemic. Though the museum has reopened, it's not seeing the usual crowds coming through; CBS2's Alice Gainer reports.
