How To Cut Mat For Pictures With EZ Mat Cutter
I demonstrate how to cut a mat for framing a photo or picture using an EZ Mat mat cutting tool from Alto. The cutting tool I am using is an Alto's Deluxe Hand Cutter. The frame cost $2 at a thrift store, and is a pretty good quality frame. I bought the matboard at Michael's with a 40% or 50% off coupon.
