How to fix Cannot play music/video during a call Error in Android|Tablet-cannot play video on android-can't play this video on android-cannot play video during call-can't play video during call-unable to play music during call android-unable to play during call s6,s4.

I get the following error message/notification while try to play the video/music in my new android:

Cannot play music during a call

This error solution is common for android,tablets,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow.

Some error occurring devices are samsung,s7,s6,sony,micromax,lenovo,htc,panasonic,vivo,gionee,redmi,one plus one,note 3,a5,note 4,moto,nexus,pixel,yureka,samsung galaxy devices,asus and may be occurred in iphone also.

Solution:

1.Goto settings-apps-all.

2.Locate"launcher" then click "clear data" option andthen your android launcher is restarting.

3.Now your android is once refreshed andthen again try to play the music or video the problem is solved.
