Step 1: Launch SysTools Exchange Export Tool
Step 2: Add Admin SMTP & active directory IP Credentials & Login
Step 3: Then Check "Include Sub domain user's" Checkbox
Step 4: Preview mailbox name & permissions
Step 5: Choose the desired sub domain mailbox(s) to export
Step 6: Apply desired filter options
Step 7: Choose a destination location to save the PST file output
Step 8: Then click Export button
