Hey everybody, and welcome back to another exciting and informative episode of 7 Minute AE Tutorials, where you learn tips, tricks, and shortcuts in 7 minutes or less. No BS. Just AE.

This tutorial is part 2 in our 2 part series on creating scribble and stroke text. In the previous episode, we animated some stroke text by creating shapes from text and adding a trim paths with just a few adjustments. We also created some accent lines using shape layer paths. If you haven’t checked out that tutorial, I highly recommend you do that right now because we’ll be building on what we learned last time. In this tutorial, we’ll be creating the final part of our scribble text animation, and adding a pencil effect for our finished look.

I hope this tutorial helped you out. Please comment, like, share, and subscribe. And remember to click the bell so you’re notified every time I upload a new episode. Share this video and my channel with your fellow motion graphic designers so they can become After Effects superstars, just like us. And leave me a message in the comments below to tell me what you thought about this episode. Hopefully, you learned something new and useful.
