Part 2 to the salon journey!
Here is one good tip when you have to build your walls!
-Find a contractor that will communicate everything that will cost you to add to your space.
-Communicate about walls, door installation, plumbing, electrical, painting, ceiling, lights, bathroom, ect. Be very detailed when you inspect and what the owner needs to fix.
-Make sure there is a contractor between you and the contractor to make sure no surprises come up. My contractor failed to do this!
-Look at furniture you want to add into your space. Save measurements and measure them out in your space before purchasing to make sure it fits well.
-Take your time! If you dont have a loan or grant and everything is coming out of your expenses, its okay to take your time! Dont rush the processes.
