A pie that is very easy to make - an unusual recipe: baked goods for tea will delight you not only with their softness but also with notes of orange, cinnamon, and chocolate. Why is it a novelty? It’s simple - the recipe was created by me: there were leftover ingredients in small quantities, and I needed to use them! Making a large pie for tea is the best idea, and it turned out so delicious - I recommend you try it yourself. I have already written it down in my notebook under the name "My New Pie"! And don’t look at the list of ingredients, it contains everything that any home cook who often bakes to please their family has.

orange zest – 1 tbsp.
fresh carrot – 150 g = 1 pc.
butter (melted) – 70 g = 7 tbsp.
premium flour – 150 g = 1 cup* + 1 tbsp.
whole wheat flour (optional) – 180 g = 1 cup* + 2.5 tbsp.
cocoa powder – 15 g = 1 tbsp. with a small slide
baking soda – 8 g = 1 tsp.
ground cinnamon – 1 tsp.
semolina – 60 g = 6 tbsp. without slide
❗ Form - ring: 26 cm in diameter
🌡 Baking temperature: 170 °C - 180 °C
⏲ Baking time: 40-45 minutes
