Karate kicked a helicopter. [Bronze / 10G]
This can be done anywhere and at any time as long as a helicopter is chasing you. Jump as high as possible and hold down Square (PS3) / X (Xbox 360) while you are in the air. Make sure that you have your fists equipped and no other weapons!
The video shows you a very good spot in the mission called 'Natural Selection'. Don't worry if you miss it, you can get it any time in free roam.
