Let's how to temporarily deactivate Facebook account 2022 on pc/desktop
To start go to facebook.com
Now click the down arrow In the top right corner
Click settings and privacy
Click settings
select your Facebook information
scroll down and click deactivation and deletion
you can see that deactivate account is selected by default
so click continue to account activation
here you have to provide a reason
select I have another Facebook account
scroll down and check opt-out of receiving future notifications from Facebook
now click deactivate account
now click deactivate now in the popup window
if they ask to enter your password to confirm
then you will get notice you have successfully deactivated your Facebook account
if you look back into your Facebook account it will reactivate automatically
so don't look back in your Facebook account again until you want to reactivate it
