ground black pepper – ¼ tsp.

vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp.

carrot – 1 pc.
sweet pepper – 2 pcs.
tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
salt – to taste
bay leaf – 1 pc.
tomatoes – 5-6 pcs.
boiling water
flour – 1 tbsp.
sugar – 2 tsp.
sour cream -2-3 tbsp.
