Blackmesa has now become one of the most prominent non-Jurassicpark map on the channel, and still one of the most popular CS1.6 maps to date, being hosted on practically every server and with many variants to its name. V9 gets mostly rid of the annoying downstairs room that was present in previous versions of the map where late players would often get stuck and thus easily zombified. It wasn't fun, so most people would say good riddance.
The ending is also one of the most challenging and is heavily dependent on server settings. On Hentai Squad it's really one of the best maps to play as the ending absolutely requires you to hold as a team and coordinate between the three containers to shoot off any zombies trying to reach the final platform.
