Interview tip- be aware of mirroring
Mirroring - don't do it when interviewing! In this video Michelle explains mirroring. It is an automatic behavior that normally shows that you are in sync with someone. That auto pilot behavior can backfire in the case of an interview. Remember an interview is not a social situation- it's business. You are being evaluated for skills and other qualifications to do a job. You want the interviewer to see you favorably and stand out from the other candidates.
