Remember consistency is the key. Never lose hope and stick to your routines. So if you stay motivated and follow weight loss routines like exercise and an adequate diet while avoiding fast foods, you can lose 20 kg in about 7 – 8 months. One year, with proper diet, good sleep, and regular exercise. 20 kilos without exercise is not impossible.

Food is still the most important factor when you want to lose weight. For reducing weight follow three main things like a healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase our metabolism. Take high-fiber food in our diet. Add more fruits and vegetables to our diet. Add plenty of water. Can a person lose 20kg in 3 months? With discipline, hard work, and healthy eating habits, I managed to lose 20 kg in 3 months. I have always been an early morning riser.

I continued to wake up at 5 am and sleep at 10 pm. I cut down on social evenings, avoided drink and dine parties, to begin with. Dieting does not burn fat, so sufficient physical exercise is important. As you have very long working hours, you need to make sure you squeeze in 30 minutes for a brisk walk every day. If you have to travel very short distances, walk. You need to walk at least five days a week.
