How to preserve longan | Canned longan in syrup | Longan jam | Longan drinks | Longan tea
It's longan season and I got sooooo much longan from a family friend that I had to preserve some of them since it's too heaty to eat them all at one go! I made canned longan in syrup, it's very different from the commercially canned ones. Also some of it went to make longan jam which is a perfect accompaniment to Chinese tea!
