Federal charges announced in day care fentanyl death
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams and DEA Special Agent in Charge Frank Tarentino held a news conference to announce federal charges in the death of Nicholas Dominici, the 1-year-old who died due to exposure to fentanyl at a Bronx day care.
