How to fix ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED|This site can't be reached in chrome-this site cannot be reached err_connection_refused-this site cannot be reached google chrome.

I get the following error message while try to access the google chrome in my windows 10 pc:

This site can't be reached

80.251.228.245 refused to connect.

Try:

Checking the connection

Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

This problem solution is common for windows 7,windows 8,windows 8.1,windows 10 and android and mac also.

Solution:

1.Goto chrome settings-show advanced settings.

2.Network column click "change proxy settings" option.

3.Click "LAN settings" then choose "Automatically detect proxy settings" option.

4.Once restar your pc the problem is solved.
