Repairing Rod Guide (QUICK & EASY)
Ever wondered how to fix a broken fishing rod guide, learn with me as I do an onsite repair on one of my fishing rods so that I can continue fishing. Broken rod guides can cost you a lot of money and many people just throw the rods away but this is a simple cheap fix to bring back your damaged rods back to life.
Broken rod guides can cut your line causing you to loose a lot of money in lures and tackle and many people overlook repairing rod guides, but it is honestly much simpler than you think.
I used black (C) guide thread in this video and Erskine Epoxy and Fuji rod guide to complete the rod guide repair.
It is easiest to source these materials online as many tackle shops don't sell these items.
I was very happy with how my fishing rod guide repair came out and I encourage you to try it at home. It is very quick and easy to do it yourself
