Installing glass sliding doors under a Gumax® veranda yourself
Using this video, you can easily install a glass sliding door under your veranda yourself. Gumax® glass sliding doors are supplied as complete kits. If you watch each step carefully, you too can assemble them!
Important points of attention
The exact height and width dimensions of the top and bottom rails are important. With these sizes, you can order the sliding doors. The foundation must also be able to support 390 kilograms per linear metre. It is also important that the bottom rail is level so that the sliding doors do not automatically roll to one side.
Installing glass sliding doors on the sides
If you also want glass sliding doors on the side of your Gumax® veranda, you will need to install a glass wedge. As the roof of your veranda slopes down, a glass wedge ensures that you can still install glass sliding doors.
