How to Change the Default Save Locations for New Files in Windows. Do You Really Want to Do It?
Windows 10 and Windows 11 have a setting where you can change your default save locations for apps, documents, music, photos, videos, movies and maps to a different hard drive on your computer. This is a good idea in theory but as you can see in this video it is not a perfect solution so test things out before you decide to redirect your files to a different location.
